The Loan Closing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all activities required to prepare, coordinate, and complete single-family mortgage loan closings.  This role requires a high level of accuracy, independent judgment, and knowledge of loan documentation, regulatory requirements, and internal program criteria. 

The Specialist collaborates closely with the Single-family housing team, Finance, Compliance and Servicing teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality closings. This position also provides backup support and cross-functional duties to enhance closings workflows and organizational processes.

ROC-NH works with homeowners in and owners of manufactured-home parks statewide to convert those parks into communities that are owned and governed by residents, known as resident-owned communities or ROCs. ROC-NH's financing, training, and technical assistance help homeowners in ROCs build equity, achieve stable housing, develop leadership, and strengthen their communities.

Managing, operating and governing a housing cooperative requires skill. As a business coach, you will be on the front lines helping ROC cooperatives achieve their business goals while fostering empowerment, community spirit, and self-sufficiency. The successful applicant will also be responsible for providing general governance-related technical assistance to an assigned portfolio of ROCs. This position involves regular night and weekend commitments and in-state travel.

The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is looking for a Mortgage Loan Coordinator to supports its Single Family Mortgage Lending Team. The person in this position works closely with the Welcome Home Loan Team to ensure timely and reliable processing of borrower files by providing accurate data entry and superior customer service. This position also provides back-up support to other team members as needed.
