Economic Empowerment
Community-Driven Economic Empowerment (CDEE) provides capacity-building funding for New Hampshire entrepreneurs to help their businesses become financially resilient and self-sufficient. It’s a partnership between the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, the Manchester chapter of the NAACP, and the Business Alliance for People of Color.
Launched in January 2023, C-DEE is designed to help entrepreneurs who have been excluded from or underserved by traditional financial services and draws on the Community Loan Fund’s experience connecting local businesses with the financing and coaching they need to thrive.

Accelerator Program
The Accelerator provides capacity-building funding for New Hampshire entrepreneurs to help their businesses become financially resilient and self-sufficient.
Any entrepreneur with a company registered and in good standing with the State of New Hampshire may apply for up to $5,000. The funding can be used for computer hardware and software, and for professional services including legal consultation, bookkeeping, and marketing.
C-DEE’s Community Business Advisory Council, comprising business owners and community leaders, determines the funding recipients.

Celebrating Success
We experience success through the success entrepreneurs that we work with.
I appreciate the opportunity to have access to this grant. It helped provide me technical assistance support I may not have been able to achieve this soon into my business launch.
I’ve seen and heard of business owners who went from being discouraged to being empowered all because of our partnership through the C-DEE Program. For some, it might seem small but for us, this program can be a lifeline
