More Than Loans

We go beyond the services of traditional lenders by connecting you to a knowledge network of experts to help you with finances and other business-related information. Connect with coaching services that can help you analyze your organization and make informed decisions aimed at helping you pay off your loan, hit your finance goals, and improve your organization.

Services

Lending Capital

Small business and nonprofit owners need flexible capital that meets individual needs. Our one one-size-fits-one approach to lending allows us to meet you where you are.

Coaching & Guidance

Our coaching and guidance efforts are the cornerstone of our lending work across the state.  We approach this as business consultants and find the tools and resources that work for you. Our belief that lending alone isn't enough is central to our mission. We are with you for the long haul.

Grant Writing & Project Development

Grant funds require significant planning and preparation before an application is submitted: establish a scope of work, develop budgets and timelines, and identify match funds. Then, when a potential funding source is discovered, collect organizational documents. Our experience in securing and administering grant funds supports projects that create jobs and improve communities.

Working with the Community Loan Fund was so much easier than I expected. Within two weeks I was meeting with a feasibility study consultant with experience in our field. The result is a large savings in time and capital and more focus on the essence of our business. The Community Loan Fund is a fantastic resource.
