Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist is our marketing team’s lead brand builder and works in strong partnership with our Writer and Content Producer. They are responsible for using multiple digital platforms to inspire and engage audiences, leading to greater brand awareness and affinity and achieving our fundraising and lending goals. The successful candidate will have three years of digital marketing, social media management, or brand management experience.

Writer and Content Producer

The Writer and Content Producer is the marketing team’s lead strategic storyteller. They are responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop, research, write, and edit compelling stories and other communication materials that promote and elevate the Community Loan Fund by inspiring and engaging audiences across a variety of channels. The Writer and Content Producer partners with the marketing and program teams to develop distinctive and intentional messaging that serves the teams’ content strategies, as well as the organization’s fundraising, stewardship, program-growth, policy, and brand-building goals.

Mortgage Loan Origination Assistant

The Mortgage Loan Origination Assistant provides support for the single-family housing program, working closely with the Mortgage Loan Originators to ensure timely and reliable processing of applications for credit decisions, data entry, and customer service. This position also provides backup support for other team members as needed.

Director of Economic Inclusion

The Director of Economic Inclusion works within our Business and Community Finance team to design, promote, and implement strategies to support an inclusive economic recovery and sustain long-term economic growth. They identify potential business and nonprofit loan prospects and shepherd them through the lending process, analyzing financial information from various sources to determine applicants’ viability and risk. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial and organized, with excellent collaboration, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
