Every New Hampshire resident-owned community (ROC) member and Welcome Home Loan borrower is eligible to use a free, confidential, 24-hour helpline—the same one available to ROC-NH™ and NH Community Loan Fund employees.
We believe in our borrowers and want you to be successful. We also know that—for any of us—life’s challenges can sometimes get in the way of success.
That’s why we've teamed up with a company whose goal is to help you, and other members of your household, cope with personal, family, or economic stresses.
You can reach the Borrowers Easy Assistance Program (BEAP) 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by calling the toll-free number, (888) 925-1982, and identifying yourself as a New Hampshire Community Loan Fund borrower. A specialist will discuss your situation with you and connect you with the specific help you need.
The BEAP can offer help with a wide range of concerns and questions, including:
- Stress management
- Anxiety or depression
- Substance abuse
- Marital/partner issues
- Family issues
- Legal and financial
- Child or elder care
- Health and wellness
- Career issues

Although use of the BEAP is free to all of our ROC members, neither ROC-NH nor the Community Loan Fund receive any information about your call, or the help provided. The BEAP is run by KGA, an independent company that provides consulting services across the United States.
