Rules Enforcement Training: June 16, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. on Zoom

When everyone is getting along and following co-op agreements, life in a co-op can be great. Sometimes, though, not everyone follows the rules set up by the members. Fortunately, there are tools to manage these difficult moments. This 90-minute online training will improve your understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and documents.

• It will teach you more about best practices for fair and compassionate rule enforcement.
• It will help you build skills to handle co-op rule enforcement in a consistent, even-handed, and positive manner.

The ROC-NH trainings are open to all co-op members, but this one is particularly useful for the whole community to attend and understand.
