Managing your cooperative is a big job, and one of the biggest tasks is successfully maintaining and managing your physical infrastructure. This day long workshop will help you learn how to do this well, using best practices to

• Get an overview of your water, electric, waste water and other co-op systems
• Create and update your CIP (Capitol Improvement Plan)
• Create a clear scope of work to select and work with the best vendor for the job
• Meet common challenges, including where to find some of the resources you need
• Create and use a community annual maintenance calendar
• Build a volunteer maintenance team to share the work

Join other co-op members, volunteers, and leaders from across the state to share stories, have fun, and learn the most effective ways to keep your community running smoothly.  These tasks are not scary when you have the right tools!
