• Sometimes we share something that isn’t quite right.
• Emotions can make misunderstandings grow, and no one is immune to this. 

Why it Matters

• Confusion can lead to tension and make decisions harder.
• ROC-NH communities are strong because neighbors work together. Let’s keep building that strength.

In this session, we’ll focus on two important strengths:

• Resilience means bouncing back when things get tough. It helps us stay steady and find ways forward, even when problems come up.
• Perseverance means keeping at it, even when the work is hard or takes longer than we hoped. It helps us keep moving toward solutions.
