Local ROCs Represented at National Conference on Innovations in Manufactured Homes

Leaders of two resident-owned communities (ROCs) in New Hampshire took part in the Innovations in Manufactured Homes (I’m HOME) national conference last month, sharing their experiences educating state legislators about manufactured homes.
Amanda Sanchez, vice president of Plainfield Village Cooperative in Plainfield, and Jeanee Wright, president of Exeter Hampton Cooperative, Inc. spoke on the panel, as well as Abby Bronson, director of policy and advocacy for the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund. Sanchez is also on the board of the Mobile/Manufactured Homeowners & Tenants Association of NH and Wright is an acquisitions manager for ROC USA.
