The bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act is a critical step towards addressing our state's housing affordability crisis and recognizes the key role that manufactured housing plays as part of that effort. We're especially excited to see the PRICE program authorization included to pave the way for continued investment in manufactured housing communities and to preserve and expand this affordable homeownership opportunity for years to come.
