You may be able to prequalify for a Welcome Home Loan by completing a one-page form and faxing or mailing it to us.

Here's the information you'll need :

1. Length of time each applicant has been in their current job.
If the answer is “less than two years,” we’ll ask whether there was an employment gap between your previous and your current job. If there was, we need to know how long that gap lasted, and why.

2. Gross income of each applicant.
This is your income before taxes are taken out. If any applicant has been at their current job for less than two years, don’t include overtime or bonus income.

3. A list of monthly payments for each applicant—how much is paid, and to whom.
Bills might include vehicle loans, minimum monthly payments due on credit cards, student loan payments, personal loans, repayment plans, or any loans you have cosigned for someone else. Don’t include utilities or rent.

4. Each applicant’s history of late payments or nonpayments
Please plan on discussing your past credit history with your Loan Originator.

5. How much money you’ve set aside to buy a home

6. Whether you have chosen a home
If you have a house in mind, we need to know the purchase price, the annual taxes on the home, and, if the home is in a resident-owned community, the monthly lot rent.
