As a member of the Philanthropy team, the Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting fundraising efforts by accurately processing investments and donations, conducting prospect research, pulling lists and processing large sets of data, maintaining database info, scheduling internal and external meetings, and supporting the team’s supporter engagement efforts including both appeals and stewardship communications.
The successful candidate will be attentive to details, highly organized, and customer-service oriented. Prior fundraising experience is not required for this junior-level position, but a growth mindset is; we value employees who strive to improve, build their skills, and are always learning.
In this position you will help scale the next chapter of capitalization at the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund. You will have access to mentors who will work with you to develop your craft as a nonprofit development professional.
