meeting safely during the pandemic

  • ROC-NH™ and the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund are committed to the safety and wellness of our staff and all residents of the ROC co-ops we serve.
  • We are dedicated to providing your co-op with technical assistance, guidance, and training.
  • With a changing landscape due to the pandemic, ROC-NH is taking and will continue to take reasonable steps in line with the latest public health guidance to limit potential exposure to, and transmission of, the COVID virus to our resident-owned communities and to our team members.
  • Until further notice, we will avoid in-person meetings.
  • We can help you set up RingCentral (ZOOM) for board and/or membership meetings. Participants can connect using a smart phone, laptop, or tablet, or can call into a phone number that will connect them to the meeting.
  • ROC-NH staff are regularly available by phone or email for technical assistance questions before or after your meeting.
  • We strongly urge your board and co-op to avoid in-person meetings as well.

If an urgent situation brings ROC-NH staff to your meeting in person, the following guidelines will apply:

  • We’ll wear masks during the meeting and require attendees to do the same.
  • We’ll remain socially distanced (at least 6 feet) from attendees and require others to do the same.
  • Before we meet we will require that meeting attendees review the following questions. If anyone answers YES to any question, we will not attend the meeting. This is for the health and safety of your community, and our staff.
  • In the past 14 days, have you or anyone in your household displayed, or had close contact with someone who has displayed, any flu-like symptoms, feeling feverish with chills, sore throat, cough, sneezing, shortness of breath, runny nose, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting?
  • Have you or anyone in your household had close contact with someone who tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days?
  • Have you had close contact with anyone who has traveled internationally in the past 14 days?
  • Have you or a household member returned from international or domestic travel via bus, train, or airline in the past 14 days?
  • Have you traveled to a federally recognized red zone state and interacted in groups of more than 10 people in the last 14 days?

Please contact your technical assistance provider at ROC-NH with any questions.
