Pursuing grant funding requires thoughtful planning and preparation well before an application is submitted. This includes defining the scope of work, developing detailed budgets and timelines, and identifying potential matching funds. Once a viable funding opportunity is identified, relevant organizational documents must be gathered to support the application.
