ROC 2 ROC

The ROC-2-ROC Association is a member-led network of residents from New Hampshire's ROCs who connect with and engage their peers by sharing knowledge and resources, problem solving, and community building.

If you have wondered how you can build on the leadership skills you bring to your co-op, or how you can bring member-engagement strategies to you neighbors (both locally and around the state), you’ll want to be part of this dynamic group of ROC co-op leaders.

Collectively, we have direct input to select the group’s activities and projects, leading initiatives that impact our own, and other, ROC co-ops. Depending on your interest and talents, the opportunities are endless, and you’ll help pave the path forward. Some initiatives underway:

• Offer support to other co-ops with a visit their board or annual meeting

• Help facilitate a coffee hour (online or in-person) to find solutions to challenges

• Be a voice for co-ops as we advocate to advance co-op issues at the local, state, and national level.

• Help coordinate a training that gets members involved

• Connect ROC members with resources that help improve their neighborhoods

We meet the first Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm to coordinate events, connect ideas, and explore solution-oriented ways to bring other ROC co-ops into the fold. We have hybrid options available for meeting – both in-person and by Zoom.
