Living in a co-op is great, but sometimes the rules the members decided on aren’t respected by everyone who lives there. Though dealing with this as a community and board can be hard, there are tools to help. 

In this 90-minutes remote (Zoom) training on ROC Rules Enforcement we will:

• Improve your understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and documents
• Talk about best practices for fair and compassionate rule enforcement
• Build skills to handle co-op rule enforcement in a fair, even-handed and positive manner
