This leadership position is responsible for the Community Loan Fund’s single-family housing mortgage lending programs called Welcome Home Loans (WHL), the Resident Owned Community (ROC) Lending program, and all organization-wide portfolio management. The leader will directly supervise six positions including the VP of Portfolio and Asset Management, the Director of Residential Lending and BSA/Compliance Officer, the Director of Residential Loan Operations, the Director of ROC Lending the Senior Credit Administrator, and the Senior Loan Operations Specialist. The position works directly for the President/CEO and collaborates across programs to ensure the Community Loan Fund’s strategic and financial goals are achieved for responsible program areas in commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
Responsibility for the Community Loan Fund’s WHL programs, particularly the manufactured home loan program, includes personnel management and oversight of program administration, underwriting, documentation, portfolio management and reporting. Authority for loan decisions are based upon established policies. This leader will also be responsible for developing new products, in collaboration with the President/CEO, senior leadership and ROC-NH program staff, that identify and meet the needs of the Community Loan Fund’s client base.
The position is also responsible for the Community Loan Fund’s ROC Lending program administration, working closely with ROC-NH’s leadership team, including personnel management and oversight of underwriting, documentation, portfolio management and reporting.
