These are extraordinary times, for New Hampshire and the world. But, people are extraordinary, too. While the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic will hit our neighbors with low incomes hardest, we can bridge them to community members who want to provide hope and real help.
We’re letting all our borrowers know we will be as patient and flexible as they need us to be and help any way we can. We’ve created a special Borrower Stabilization Fund to ensure that we have the resources to help the laid-off waiter who can’t pay his mortgage, as well as the resident-owned communities whose residents are struggling to pay their rent.
