A new state law (originally Senate Bill 166, adopted into RSA 205-A:25) takes effect on January 1, 2026, and it brings important new requirements for all ROC Cooperatives in New Hampshire.

This free 90-minute ZOOM training will walk you through what the law requires, how it affects your membership application process, and the tools/resources your board can use to stay compliant.

Expect an interactive session with breakout discussion, real-ROC-world examples, and plenty of time to ask your questions.  This is essential training to ensure your board meets its fiduciary duty and protects your co-op.
