We are looking for a Business Lender to join our team. The position requires the skills and judgement to evaluate the capacity of small businesses and nonprofit organizations to use and repay debt effectively in line with our mission and strategic priorities. The Business Lender will identify prospective borrowers and shepherd them through the loan application process, underwrite and present loan proposals for review and approval, and manage borrower relationships. We are looking for an energetic and talented individual to fill a critical role in our ROC-NH housing program. ROC-NH works with homeowners in and owners of manufactured-home parks statewide to convert those parks into communities that are owned and governed by residents, known as resident-owned communities (ROCs). ROC-NH’s financing, training, and business coaching help homeowners in ROCs build equity, achieve stable housing, develop leadership, and strengthen their communities.
Do you flourish in helping people achieve their goals by building their professional and personal skills? In this job you will support and strengthen people’s growth by providing training and education to ROC members. You will inspire new concepts and ideas by delivering a leadership-training curriculum designed to enhance business competencies and communication skills. Help design and develop in-person, remote, and regionally delivered training in communities across the state will connect you to adults eager to sharpen their knowledge.
Managing, operating and governing a housing cooperative requires skill. As a business coach, you will be on the front lines helping ROC cooperatives achieve their business goals while fostering empowerment, community spirit, and self-sufficiency. The successful applicant will also be responsible for providing general governance-related technical assistance to an assigned portfolio of ROCs. This position involves regular night and weekend commitments and in-state travel.

This role functions as a core member of an internal agency at New Hampshire Community Loan Fund — translating strategy into high-quality storytelling while independently managing timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
The Senior Marketing Designer/Production Manager works closely with the External Relations team to develop fundraising programming that serves the team’s content strategy as well as the organization’s fundraising, stewardship, program-growth, policy, and brand-building goals.
This person will be hands-on in design, email, and production while also serving as the day-to-day owner of assigned projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and various vendors, as needed.
The ideal candidate has agency or in-house brand experience, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is comfortable balancing creative production with operational rigor with a particular attention to detail.

The Specialist collaborates closely with the Single-family housing team, Finance, Compliance and Servicing teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality closings. This position also provides backup support and cross-functional duties to enhance closings workflows and organizational processes.
