For nearly 40 years, New Hampshire law has provided homeowners in manufactured-housing communities with the opportunity to purchase their communities so residents’ housing can remain stable and affordable. However, out-of-state investors are increasingly threatening this opportunity and effectively buying the land out from underneath Granite State homeowners. It's now more important than ever that we preserve and strengthen the opportunity for residents to purchase their communities.
