The Investor Relations Manager supports the organization’s capitalization efforts by managing investor relationships, coordinating stewardship activities, maintaining investment records and reporting systems, and advancing efforts to attract and retain investors. This position serves as a key point of contact for individual and institutional investors and works closely with members of the Philanthropy, Finance, and Marketing & Communications teams to ensure a positive investor experience as evidenced by seamless onboarding and high renewal rates.

As a member of the Philanthropy team, the Investor Relations Manager manages an assigned portfolio of investor relationships and helps coordinate engagement activities across the organization. The successful candidate will be comfortable discussing investment opportunities, supporting other philanthropic giving conversations, and helping ensure that investor communications and reporting are accurate, timely, and meaningful.

The Events & Engagement Coordinator is an important member of the Philanthropy team. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of supporter and stakeholder engagement events designed to generate revenue, enhance supporter relationships, raise awareness of the organization’s mission, and connect with our borrowers. In addition to leading event logistics and execution, this individual will assist with supporter stewardship and engagement activities, helping ensure donors and investors experience meaningful and timely interactions with the organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, personable, and strategic, with experience in event planning, donor engagement, and nonprofit development.

We are looking for an energetic and talented individual to fill a critical role in our ROC-NH housing program. ROC-NH works with homeowners in and owners of manufactured-home parks statewide to convert those parks into communities that are owned and governed by residents, known as resident-owned communities (ROCs). ROC-NH’s financing, training, and business coaching help homeowners in ROCs build equity, achieve stable housing, develop leadership, and strengthen their communities.

In this job you will support and strengthen people’s growth by providing training and education to ROC members. You will inspire new concepts and ideas by delivering a leadership-training curriculum designed to enhance business competencies and communication skills. Help design and develop in-person, remote, and regionally delivered training in communities across the state will connect you to adults eager to sharpen their knowledge.

Managing, operating and governing a housing cooperative requires skill. As a business coach, you will be on the front lines helping ROC cooperatives achieve their business goals while fostering empowerment, community spirit, and self-sufficiency. The successful applicant will also be responsible for providing general governance-related technical assistance to an assigned portfolio of ROCs. This position involves regular night and weekend commitments and in-state travel.

The Accounting Clerk supports the day-to-day finance team operations by processing data entry, maintaining accurate records, assisting with accounts payable processing, supplying basic transaction support, and providing excellent internal customer service. 

The Finance Associate is primarily responsible for processing all incoming funds- including donations, grants, borrower payments, and other revenue streams- while ensuring compliance with GAAP and organizational revenue recognition policies. Coordinates with program teams to ensure timely, accurate, and well documented revenue activity.
