Education, training and technical support for resident-owned communities
Managing a resident-owned community is a big job. Think of the ROC-NH™ team as a resource when questions and challenges arise. Yes, and celebrations too!
ROC-NH staff provides ongoing support and guidance to co-op members and board members in a variety of ways, including informal phone or email conversations, attending meetings and presenting workshops, to name a few.
Each cooperative is assigned trobichaud [at] rocnh [dot] org (subject: Who is my co-op's contact at ROC-NH?) (a team member) as a primary point of contact. The co-op’s primary contact person can provide technical support on all areas of co-op management and living, including:

- developing policies and procedures
- forming and using committees
- capital improvement and funding plan
- effective communications
- legal and loan compliance
- bylaws and community rules development
- member participation
- filling vacant lots
- referrals to outside resources
